Your mission

  • Sales of JA Solar PV modules
  • Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
  • Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms with customers
  • Coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales execution, and after-sales support
  • Provide regular reports, including negotiation updates
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information
  • Participate in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars, and promotional campaigns
  • Protect corporate interests and enhance the company's industry and public image
  • Support order execution as needed

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
  • Over 2 years of experience in PV module sales to distribution channels or at PV Distributors/Wholesalers
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills; customer-focused attitude; professional and proactive approach
  • Technical background in solar energy is advantageous for a potential technical manager role within the team
