Our client is a leading player in the hospitality technology sector, providing innovative solutions to enhance the online visibility and commercial performance of hotels.With a passionate international team and a global network of partners, our client places innovation at the core of their mission to offer customized solutions across diverse markets.

RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :

To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Central Region , with a specific focus on Florence and surrounding areas . In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for :

Growing the Client Portfolio :

  • Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across central Italy , particularly in Florence and neighboring regions .
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).

Selling the Company’s Solutions :

  • Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
  • Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
  • Close deals and meet sales targets.

Collaborating with Internal Teams :

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.

Representing the Company at Industry Events :

  • Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.

PROFILE SOUGHT :

  • Desired experience : 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
  • Languages : Fluent in Italian and proficient in English .
  • Sales Expertise : Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
  • Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Qualities : Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

  • Salary : €40,000 fixed per year +10% variable based on total sales generated.
  • Additional benefits : to be discussed during the recruitment process.
