GoodWe cerca un Sales Manager per l’Italia che riporterà al Territory Manager Italia & Slovenia, Croazia, Albanie, Malta. Svilupperà piano di vendita strategico per espandere la base clienti e rafforzare la presenza dell’azienda in Italia.

Responsabilità: individuare opportunità, gestire canali e grandi clienti, guidare l’engagement di vendita, collaborare con il product management e promuovere il brand GoodWe nei paesi designati.

Competenze

• Qualifica richiesta: laurea o equivalente con forte affinità tecnica.
• Ottime capacità di negoziazione e gestione relazioni con clienti chiave.
• Capacità di presentazione e public speaking per pubblico eterogeneo.

Mansioni

• Identificare opportunità di vendita in Italia & Slovenia, Croazia, Albania, Malta.
• Collegarsi ai canali distributivi e clienti strategici.
• Guidare le strategie di vendita e engagement con i clienti.
• Mantenere relazioni con i principali progetti PV per posizionare GoodWe come fornitore preferito.
• Previsione risultati di vendita e azioni correttive.
• Supportare i team di product management nella definizione del portfolio.
• Implementare la strategy del marchio GoodWe nei paesi designati.

Your missionAs a Sales Manager Italy, you will directly report to the Territory Manager Italy &Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta. You will be the key contact point for our customers in Italy &Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta and play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the country.

Your main responsibilities

• Identify and seize sales opportunities in Italy &Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta following the company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.
• Actively drive sales engagement and strategies aimed at specific customers.
• Maintain relationships with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to establish GoodWe as a preferred supplier and partner for power conversion electronics in their projects.
• Forecast and review sales results regularly to ensure established targets are met; and take corrective action as needed.
• Support the product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio in the designated markets by regularly gathering feedback from customers and business partners, and closely monitoring the industrial trends.
• Implement the GoodWe brand strategy aligned with company objectives to fortify GoodWe's market presence in the designated countries.

Your Profile

• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strongly networked in the renewable energy industry, preferably in the PV industry.
• Excellent communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills to diverse audiences.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline. Alternatively, a commercial degree with high technical affinity.
• Fluent in Italiano and English.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with products in the photovoltaic industry in Italy, preferably inverters.
• Strong multicultural competence. xlwpduy
