    Your Role

    We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Software Sales Manager to join our expanding Italian sales team.

    Your Responsibilities
    • Acquire new customers mainly in the medium and large enterprise segments in Italy.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact via phone, requirements analysis, online and in-person software presentations, to closing the deal.
    • Prepare offers and negotiate pricing and scope until contract conclusion.
    • Enhance sales operations through market research and development of sales strategies and marketing activities.
    • Represent Quentic / AMCS Group at trade fairs and road shows.

    Your Qualifications
    • Extensive experience in consultative software sales in B2B settings.
    • Affinity for technology and interest in health and safety, sustainability, and environmental protection topics.
    • Empathy and excellent communication and negotiation skills to present complex topics clearly.
    • Business fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
    • Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 1-2 days per week).
