Job Title: Sales Manager (Germany, France, UK, Italy) - Off Road Battery

Report to: Regional Director for Europe

Company overview: Our client is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of off-road power batteries. Focused on innovative, high-performance solutions for the global off-road power market, we boast a strong R&D team, advanced production facilities, and a high-quality product line. We are expanding in Europe and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in this region.

Position Summary: As the Sales Manager for Europe, you will establish and grow our off-road power battery business, develop customer relationships, understand market needs, and promote our products to meet sales targets. Your role will be vital in building our brand presence and driving growth in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development:
    • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers such as off-road machinery manufacturers, equipment operators, and industrial players.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the European market, targeting the right customer segments based on market insights.
  2. Customer Acquisition:
    • Prospect and approach new customers, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions, providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
    • Set and achieve sales targets, develop sales plans, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  3. Brand Building:
    • Promote the company's brand at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Europe.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulations, providing feedback to inform company strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    • 3-5 years in sales, preferably in batteries, energy, auto parts, or related fields. Experience in developing new markets is highly preferred.
    • Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding business in international markets, especially in Europe.
  2. Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong market analysis and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  3. Personal Qualities:
    • Motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
    • Adaptable, open-minded, and culturally aware, with an appreciation for Chinese culture.
