Job Position: Sales Manager OEM – Italy, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe

A prominent global leader in industrial technology is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development and exceed sales targets across the assigned regions. The company is known for providing innovative products that power various everyday technologies, ranging from self-checkout systems to advanced vending machines, processing billions of transactions globally each week.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the OEM, Financial Services, and Transport industries. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering long-term relationships with customers, and managing partnerships with key channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet objectives and drive growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, and channel partners across the assigned territories.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the company’s products and their value to customers.
  • Supporting customers throughout the entire purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Managing customer quotes, negotiations, and ensuring accuracy in proposals.
  • Managing a sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts and updates.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (product management, finance, support, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment across efforts.
  • Reporting on performance and providing regular updates for the assigned regions.
Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in exceeding sales targets and fostering growth through both existing and new business partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the industrial sector.
  • Experience in selling technical solutions, particularly in the industrial or technology-related sectors.
  • A proven record of managing international sales networks and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages (such as Russian or an Eastern European language) would be a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Qlik), and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
