Nayax is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team!

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our existing partners and customers located in Italy, preferably in Milan and the surrounding area.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director, Italy.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL :
  • Generate new business by creating opportunities with customers (F2F).
  • Act as a sales "hunter", lead sales efforts, and close deals.
  • Manage existing partners and customers to achieve long-term success.
  • Serve as the point of contact and handle their business needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely business solutions to customers.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales growth and achievement of the company’s annual targets.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions (MBR, QBR).
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH :

  • Proven track record with at least 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in Italy.
  • Working experience in the vending machine industry is a big advantage.
  • Hands-on sales experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, particularly SalesForce.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPI).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Advantages :
  • Experience in the payment industry.
  • Experience with unattended retail fields.
  • Technical or pre-sales background, with the ability to present demos.

Location: Milan (with flexibility for remote work)
