We are currently looking for a professional and target-oriented Sales Manager focused on leading our commercial efforts in Italy. In this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for defining and executing our sales strategy, building on initiatives established by the Territory Manager. Your expertise will be crucial in segmenting and developing targeted customer bases, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market potential and develop scalable action plans
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within Italy
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging your understanding of complex B2B buying processes to win new business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking, using a data-driven approach to prioritize leads
  • Apply a high-performance sales methodology with a positive attitude, aiming for continuous improvement and growth of the customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and executives to drive business development and strategic partnerships

The Sales Manager should be proactive, customer-focused, and possess a good understanding of customer demands for investment goods, digital business methods, and the fashion, athleisure, and apparel industry, including production environments.

This role requires a solution-oriented, consultancy-driven approach, hunting for new logos, and engaging with prospects and existing customers to address their needs, provide value-added solutions, and nurture partnerships.

  • Proven sales success in B2B technology companies (Machinery, SaaS, or EaaS) for several years
  • Experience in enterprise sales and business development within production environments
  • Ability to proactively build a pipeline and generate qualified opportunities while maintaining high-touch customer relationships
  • Background in solution sales within a solution-oriented company
  • CAPEX deals experience is advantageous
  • Experience in Fashion and Athleisure is desirable
  • Strong entrepreneurial, analytical skills, and ability to execute complex business plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
