Job Title: Sales Manager (Germany, France, UK, Italy) - Off Road Battery

Report to: Regional Director for Europe

Company overview: Our client is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of off-road power batteries. We focus on providing innovative, high-performance battery solutions for the global off-road power market. With a strong R&D team, advanced manufacturing facilities, and a high-quality product line, we are expanding our presence in the European market. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in this region.

Position Summary: As the Sales Manager for Europe, you will establish and grow our off-road power battery business. Your role involves developing new customer relationships, understanding market needs, and promoting our products to meet sales targets. You will be instrumental in building our brand presence and driving growth in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development:
    • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential customers, including manufacturers of off-road machinery, equipment operators, and industrial players.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the European market, targeting the right customer segments based on market insights.
  2. Customer Acquisition:
    • Prospect, identify, and approach new customers, building relationships from scratch. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, providing pre-sales and after-sales support.
    • Set and pursue challenging sales targets, creating monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, production, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
  3. Brand Building:
    • Promote the company's brand and products at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Europe.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing feedback for product development and marketing.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in batteries, energy, auto parts, or related industrial fields. Experience in developing new markets is highly valued.
    • Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding business in international markets, especially Europe.
  2. Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build strong customer relationships.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for developing effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  3. Personal Qualities:
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
    • Adaptable, open-minded, and culturally aware, with the ability to work in diverse environments.
    • Appreciation for Chinese culture, as collaboration with a Chinese-based company is involved.
