Nayax is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team!

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our existing partners and customers located in Italy, preferably in Milan and the surrounding area.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director, Italy.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL :
  • Generate new business, creating opportunities with customers (F2F).
  • Act as a sales "hunter", lead sales efforts, and close deals.
  • Manage existing partners and customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and address their business needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely business solutions to customers.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales growth and achievement of the company’s annual targets.
  • Report on account status and transactions (MBR, QBR).
  • Set and monitor sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Track sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH :

  • Proven track record with at least 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in Italy.
  • Experience in the vending machine industry is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on sales experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Fluent English skills are required.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (especially Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPI).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
