The future Sales Manager (M/F) will need to be native in Italian and very fluent in English and French. They will be fully responsible for the development of the Italian market.

Descriptif du poste

We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager (M/F) with deep experience in selling to the Italian market. As the first line of communication with prospects, the Sales Manager (M/F) should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, initiating and building relationships, and setting up sales closings for success. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, a successful track record, and the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Every potential customer is an opportunity to boost top-line revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and strengthen our presence in Italy.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across service categories.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, handle objections, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the CJ platform’s technical capabilities.
  • Lead pitches and client meetings, setting expectations.
  • Achieve objectives, monitor KPIs, goals, and ROI.
  • Maintain operational rigor around pipeline and activities to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive financial contributions and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions, or affiliation), with at least 2 years in the Italian market.
  • Excellent knowledge of online advertising and acquisition channels; affiliate expertise is a plus.
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition.
  • Strong network and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Team-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Dynamic, proactive, with presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, with effective planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead, balancing persuasion with professionalism.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Native Italian, fluent English, and a good level of French (C1) are mandatory.
