Hello!

At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us elevate our Sales Account Executives Team.

The Role

Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in Italy to achieve and surpass acquisition goals, scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive team success, optimize AE-booked meetings, and ensure continuous growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in Italy, aligned with Factorial’s broader objectives.
  2. Team Development: Coach AEs and TLs daily, conduct regular sales training, and provide feedback to enhance performance.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring and onboarding of high-performing AEs, ensuring smooth integration and professional growth with clear career paths.
  4. Collaboration & Efficiency: Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to improve tools, processes, and tracking for maximum sales efficiency.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to refine go-to-market strategies and foster regional synergies.
  6. In-field Leadership: Spend significant time supporting your team in the field, helping them reach targets, enrich pipeline management, and refine sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven background in B2B sales with team leadership in competitive environments.
  • Sales Leadership: 5+ years of leading and developing sales teams, with at least 2 years as a Sales Manager, achieving results in fast-paced settings.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and refine strategies for improvement.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and advanced English proficiency.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in dynamic environments, managing uncertainty and pressure.
  • Growth Passion: Motivated to learn quickly, make impact, and drive team success.
