At Factorial, we're looking for a Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us elevate our Sales Account Executives Team.

The Role

Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in Italy to achieve and surpass acquisition goals, while scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive success, optimize AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in Italy, aligning with Factorial’s broader objectives.
  2. Team Development: Coach AEs and TLs daily, conduct sales training, and provide feedback to enhance performance.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring and onboarding of high-performing AEs, ensuring smooth integration and professional growth opportunities.
  4. Collaboration & Efficiency: Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to improve tools, processes, and tracking for maximum efficiency.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to refine go-to-market strategies and foster regional synergies.
  6. In-field Leadership: Spend time supporting your team directly, helping them reach targets, manage pipelines, and improve sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven background in B2B sales with team leadership in competitive environments.
  • Sales Leadership: 5+ years leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with a track record of success, plus 2+ years as a Sales Manager.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and refine strategies for improvement.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-changing environments, managing uncertainty and pressure.
  • Growth Mindset: Motivated to learn, make an impact, and drive team success.
