Hello!

At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us elevate our Sales Account Executives Team to the next level.

The Role

Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in the Italian market to achieve and surpass acquisition goals while scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive the team’s success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member thrives.

Key responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with Factorial’s broader business objectives.
  2. Team Development: Empower your AEs and TLs by coaching them daily, conducting regular sales training, and providing feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-performing, committed AEs, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles and fostering their professional growth with clear career development opportunities.
  4. Collaboration & Efficiency: Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to improve tools, processes, and business tracking, ensuring maximum sales efficiency.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders from Factorial’s global teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and foster synergies with other regions and business units.
  6. In-field Leadership: Spend significant time directly supporting your team in the field, helping them reach targets, guiding pipeline management, and continuously improving sales approaches.

Requirements :

  • B2B Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with experience leading teams in dynamic, competitive environments.
  • Sales Leadership: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with a proven track record of results, plus 2+ years as a Sales Manager.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze sales performance metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in Italian and English: Full proficiency in Italian and advanced English skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, managing uncertainty, and driving success under pressure.
  • Passion for Growth: Motivated to learn quickly, make a tangible impact, and drive team success from day one.
