Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on maximizing conversions in the Italian market by transforming opportunities into new clients. Managing the full sales cycle and developing long-lasting partnerships, you will communicate the unique value of our partner, a European leader in gift boxes and leisure activities online.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning the entire sales process from qualifying leads to closing deals
  • Developing a portfolio of new partners in football clubs, thematic parks, and shows
  • Serving as a trusted advisor for existing and new partners in Italy
  • Coordinating with local teams and headquarters on operational and technical matters
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Tracking performance against KPIs to identify contributions and improvements
  • Contributing to company objectives and growth in a startup environment

Skills, experiences, and interests needed:

  • Proficiency in Italian (native/full professional) and French (spoken and written)
  • Understanding of Italian culture, markets, and sales processes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a commercial role
  • Residence in or near Milan for easy access to the operational hub
  • Knowledge of the football environment and ticketing ecosystem is a plus
