Join Kyndryl as a Sales Manager and lead deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals. Drive pricing and commercial strategies with support from pricing experts. Lead success in Core and Strategic accounts, tailoring propositions to meet market needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders for bid submissions, and owning end-to-end responses for complex deals. Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for both the organization and clients. Compile and present final proposal documents, with a focus on clear technical content and robust governance and reporting for deal success. Standardize pitches across a diverse portfolio of industries and develop differentiated propositions aligned with market requirements.
