Competenze

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, automation, electronics, computer science, or mechatronics engineering.
  • Strong customer focus and target orientation.
  • Experience in automation sales and knowledge of the Aerospace market.
  • Passion for discovering new opportunities and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of digitalization, PLC, HMI/SCADA, drives, industrial networks, and related tools.
  • European Work Permit.

  • Your Challenge
  • Area of responsibility

    • The Account Manager is responsible for the development, exploitation, and maximization of business with assigned and new customers in the Aerospace Vertical market. Main activities include:
    • Establishing strong relationships with customers at all levels (from operations to C-levels)
    • Discovering new potential customers
    • Influencing and guiding customers in their digital transformation
    • Generating business opportunities focused on digitalization and solutions
    • Coordinating relationships between Siemens and customer organizations
    • Managing activities within Siemens during offering and project execution
    • Collaborating with Siemens sales teams to develop the Aerospace Vertical Ecosystem, including indirect business with partners and OEMs
    • Defining and executing customer business plans
    • Collaborating with the Vertical Aerospace HQ to implement international strategies
    • Reporting business status to management
    • Demonstrating strategic and tactical thinking
    • Collaborating internally and externally for customer and business benefit
    • Developing new business models and ecosystems, ideally with an automation background
    • Adapting to diverse strategies and product ranges
    • Communicating effectively with audiences of all sizes
    • Applying problem-solving skills

    Qualifications
