Wiseasy is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team! As a rapidly growing global company, we look for candidates who are open-minded, self-directed, resourceful, and dedicated to making a positive impact on our business.

This role is based in either Europe or the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities :

  1. Strategize and ensure the achievement of forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margins, and payment collections.
  2. Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships in the EU or UK region to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  3. Lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc.) to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  4. Maintain a focus on continuous target improvement, sales pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotations, sales forecasts, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection, and expense reports.
  6. Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams (in China) to support local clients.
  7. Adhere to Wiseasy’s policies and procedures, committing to honest and ethical business conduct.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
  3. Experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
  4. Prefer candidates with experience in POS/payment terminals and understanding of the payment facilitator model.
  5. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a diverse, global team.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational skills, and commercial acumen.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Open-minded, positive attitude, capable of multitasking.
  9. Independent, proactive, with ownership and accountability for tasks.
  10. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  12. Fluent in English and either French or German; Mandarin is an advantage.
  13. Willingness to travel as required.
