This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the digital payments sector. Candidates should possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and be capable of fostering relationships with clients to maximize sales success.

This role is based in Europe or the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue, profit margins, and payment collections.
  • Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships in the EU or UK region to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients and stakeholders to win new business and grow customer accounts.
  • Maintain a focus on target improvement, sales pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM for quotations, forecasts, deliveries, inventory, collections, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams to support local clients.
  • Adhere to Wiseasy’s policies and maintain honest and ethical business conduct.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a global company.
  • Experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous, especially with POS/payment terminals and payment facilitator models.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in diverse, global teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and commercial skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open-minded, positive attitude, capable of multitasking, proactive, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and either French or German; Mandarin skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
