This role is based in either Europe or the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities :
- Strategize and ensure sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections are achieved.
- Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships in the EU or UK region to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies) to win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Maintain a focus on continuous target improvement, sales pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM for quotations, sales forecasts, delivery/backlog, inventory, collections, and expenses.
- Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams (in China) to support local clients.
- Adhere to Wiseasy’s policies and procedures, maintaining honest and ethical business conduct.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a global company.
- Experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
- Preferably experienced with POS/payment terminals and familiar with the payment facilitator model.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a diverse, global team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and commercial skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open-minded, positive attitude, capable of multitasking.
- Independent, proactive, with ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English and either French or German; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
