ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a maintenance role - it’s a growth role. As EMEA Sales Manager - you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our client\'s presence in some of Europe’s most dynamic pet food markets.

Your mission? To turn opportunity into momentum. That means identifying and empowering the right distributors, opening doors with influential retailers, and ensuring our products - and brand - earn the visibility they deserve. You’ll be an ambassador in the field, shaping how our client\'s brand is experienced by retailers, distributors, vets, breeders, and pet parents alike.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DRIVING
  • Opening New Markets

    You’ll spot opportunities others miss - identifying the right distributors, negotiating smart agreements, and setting them up for success.

  • Bringing Our Brand to Retail Shelves

    From regional chains to independent pet shops, you\'ll build partnerships that secure shelf space and visibility. Every listing you win is another pet owner discovering our brand.

  • Championing Brand Advocacy

    Vets, breeders, and retailers will see you not just as a sales contact but as a trusted partner. You\'ll spark advocacy by connecting people to the quality and purpose behind our products.

  • Shaping Strategy with Insights

    You won\'t just react to the market - you\'ll read it. By spotting trends, tracking competitors, and sharing insights, you\'ll influence how our brands grow across EMEA.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Skills

  • Min. 5 years in sales or business development, ideally in pet food, animal health, or FMCG.
  • Comfortable managing both distributors and direct retail accounts.
  • Negotiation savvy, commercially sharp, and able to spot growth opportunities.
  • Fluent in English and ideally with a working knowledge in another key European language.
