Le groupe Pierre Fabre recherche un Sales Manager pour sa filiale dermocosmétique en Italie. Vous serez responsable de la définition des stratégies commerciales, de l'augmentation des ventes et du management d'une équipe. Ce rôle requiert une solide expérience en vente et en gestion d'équipe, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, le français étant un atout.

Your mission

Belonging to the Dermocosmetic Subsidiary, within the Commercial Division, Pierre Fabre Italia is seeking a SALES MANAGER for DUCRAY, A-DERMA, RENE' FURTERER.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining or co-developing the multi-year commercial strategy aligned with market dynamics (client needs, distribution channels, omni-channel approach) and management directives.
  • Increasing sales and managing erosion within your scope, adhering to regulations and organizational policies (including face-to-face and televisits).
  • Expanding brand presence, business unit market share, and establishing relevant KPIs.
  • Implementing and steering business strategies with your team.
  • Monitoring key opinion leaders and key accounts; representing the Group at professional events.
  • Leading and supervising the team; developing skills and managing performance at both individual and team levels.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support national sales growth.
  • Managing budgets and tracking departmental KPIs.
  • Participating in or leading cross-functional projects.
Who you are?

Education:

  • Post-secondary education (degree or master) in business or sales, 3-5 years.
  • High proficiency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
  • French language skills are a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 5-8 years in sales management.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 3 or more employees (excluding internships or external contracts).
