Your mission
Belonging to the Dermocosmetic Subsidiary, within the Commercial Division, Pierre Fabre Italia is seeking a SALES MANAGER for DUCRAY, A-DERMA, RENE' FURTERER.
Your responsibilities include:
- Defining or co-developing the multi-year commercial strategy aligned with market dynamics (client needs, distribution channels, omni-channel approach) and management directives.
- Increasing sales and managing erosion within your scope, adhering to regulations and organizational policies (including face-to-face and televisits).
- Expanding brand presence, business unit market share, and establishing relevant KPIs.
- Implementing and steering business strategies with your team.
- Monitoring key opinion leaders and key accounts; representing the Group at professional events.
- Leading and supervising the team; developing skills and managing performance at both individual and team levels.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support national sales growth.
- Managing budgets and tracking departmental KPIs.
- Participating in or leading cross-functional projects.
Who you are?
Education:
- Post-secondary education (degree or master) in business or sales, 3-5 years.
- High proficiency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
- French language skills are a plus.
Experience:
- At least 5-8 years in sales management.
- Proven experience managing teams of 3 or more employees (excluding internships or external contracts).
