Our colleagues in the Italy Sales Team are looking for a new Sales Manager Discounter Channel.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned, both quantitative and qualitative. You will be in charge of promotion planning and will provide sales forecasts for production for assigned customers on a monthly basis.
You will build collaborative relationships with the customers’ managers, promoting the Kellogg’s image and guaranteeing an excellent implementation of the 4P (presence, placement, price, and promotion).
It is part of your responsibility to monitor market evolution and the competitors through reports and constant advice; to provide knowledge, insights, and business-customer intelligence on discount.
You will create the sales growth plan and drive continuous sales growth.
In addition, you will also be in charge of pure players and quick commerce customers.
