About the Role

As the Sales Manager for Italy and Greece, you will drive business objectives and achieve sales targets. Your role involves building and managing relationships with key public and private partners, adapting to a dynamic environment, and providing innovative medical technology solutions that meet healthcare needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership, set sales strategies, and manage team priorities to meet sales goals.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics, identify unmet needs in key accounts, and propose solutions to grow the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with public and private partners, including C-level executives, to foster trust and credibility.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to inform long-term sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Diabetes Care products and services, and employ negotiation and strategic selling techniques.
  • Gather field information, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve processes.

About You:

  • University degree in Scientific Disciplines or equivalent, with sales experience in biomedical settings, including complex public tenders.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Diabetes Care products and understanding customer/partner needs.
  • Skilled in dispute resolution, both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding sales mentoring, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
