On behalf of Pierre Fabre Italia - Dermocosmetic Subsidiary, for the Dermatological Information Direction, we are looking for: SALES MANAGER - DERMATOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Your Mission
- Lead the team of Medical Information Field Force at the national level and implement the medical promotion strategy to achieve business goals.
- Guarantee the Sales Force Effectiveness (Area managers and Med Reps) and implement action plans aligned with brand strategies.
- Enhance the quality and quantity of “calls” via an omnichannel approach.
- Collaborate on defining promotional strategies for medical reps according to brand strategy and ensure daily operational implementation.
- Analyze national and regional data to identify improvement levers and optimize performance.
- Participate in business projects related to priorities and responsibilities.
- Support medical marketing in promotional strategy, collaborating with the Medical Department.
- Assist the marketing team in developing digital and sales tools.
- Manage and coordinate medical initiatives with KOLs and Scientific Societies, aligned with global and local strategies.
- Define operational and performance KPIs, focusing on prescription ranges.
- Lead the medical information team towards business objectives, monitoring activities and results monthly.
- Contribute to CRM ecosystem development by establishing specific metrics & KPIs.
- Establish relations with scientific societies and KOLs, ensuring compliance with medical rules and procedures.
- Organize and participate in internal meetings to review results and set goals.
- Collaborate with medical and marketing departments to improve scientific skills of the field force.
Requirements:
- Education: 3-5 years of post-secondary education (degree or master) in business/sales or sciences.
- High-level English, spoken and written (mandatory).
- French spoken and written (preferred).
- Experience: At least 8 years in Medical Information.
- Solid people management experience.
- Personal Skills: Advanced negotiation, results orientation, analytical ability, leadership, communication skills, open-mindedness, multichannel and multi-country approach.
