A leading company in medical technology is seeking a Sales Manager for Critical Care South. This strategic role involves driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and developing strong relationships in a high-potential region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical device sales and be fluent in Italian and English.

GETINGE Italia is looking for its future an experienced SALES MANAGER CRITICAL CARE SOUTH (M / F / D) to drive the growth of our ventilation, anesthesia, and intensive care product range.

Strategic role : Take full ownership of sales development in a high-potential region.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute Sales & Pricing strategies with the Sales Force.

Set data-driven sales targets , ensuring market opportunities are maximized.

Oversee territory coverage and optimize sales execution.

Prepare sales, margin, and forecast reports for management.

Drive training & development to enhance team performance.

Sales & Business Development (70%)

Build and maintain strong customer & key account relationships .

Support the Sales Force in generating profitable opportunities .

Manage tender processes and offer creation .

Represent the company at events, conferences, and key meetings .

Monitor performance and optimize sales operations .

The ideal candidate

At least 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably in a similar sales role.

Strong knowledge of the hospital market and medical sales dynamics.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.

Preferably based in Rome, Naples, or Bari .
