Your Role in VT Markets
As our Sales Manager for the CR team, you will be the primary point of contact for VT Markets' trading clients, responsible for nurturing relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth. Working closely with our sales, operations, and compliance teams, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their trading journey. Your role is crucial in maintaining VT Markets' reputation for outstanding customer service and contributing to our continued growth in competitive financial markets.
This is a remote-based position.
Your Responsibilities
What Makes You a Great Fit
Job Experience & Education :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Client Relations roles within financial services companies.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Technical and Functional Skills :
Deep understanding of FX / Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs.
Soft Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships.
Other Requirements :
Fluency in English and Italian.
Additional languages will be considered a significant advantage.
Willingness to travel within markets as per business needs.
