Your Role in VT Markets

As our Sales Manager for Cr team, you will be the primary point of contact for VT Markets' trading clients, responsible for nurturing relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth. Working closely with our sales, operations, and compliance teams, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their trading journey. Your role is crucial in maintaining VT Markets' reputation for outstanding customer service and contributing to our continued growth in competitive financial markets.

This is a remote-based psoition.

Your Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Development

  • Generate and develop new trading clients through proactive outreach and relationship building initiatives
  • Maintain regular, high-volume client contact through various communication channels including phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction

Client Service & Support

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and solution-focused communication
  • Promote VT Markets' comprehensive suite of products and services effectively to meet individual client needs and trading objectives
  • Proactively follow up on client inquiries and provide high-level support to resolve issues and enhance client experience
  • Deliver comprehensive training and education to clients on trading platforms, systems, and market strategies
  • Conduct detailed client portfolio analysis and implement strategic actions to optimize client trading performance and engagement

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Ensure strict adherence to company legal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures in all client interactions
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and other departments to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets including client retention rates, portfolio growth, and satisfaction metrics

What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Experience & Education :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Client Relations roles within financial services companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction targets

Technical and Functional Skills :

  • Deep understanding of FX / Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships

Other Requirements :

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Additional languages will be considered a significant advantage
  • Willingness to travel within markets as per business needs
