Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategize and ensure the achievement of sales targets, revenue, profit margins, and payment collections.
  2. Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships (EU or UK region) to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  4. Lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies) to win new business and grow existing accounts.
  5. Maintain a continuous focus on target improvement, sales cadence, pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports in CRM, including quotations, sales forecasts, delivery/backlog, inventory, collections, and expenses.
  7. Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams (in China) to support local clients.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
  3. Experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
  4. Strong analytical and organizational skills with commercial acumen.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  6. Proficiency in English and French or German (spoken and written).
  7. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  8. Willingness to travel as required.
