With an adept understanding of the Offerwall and Rewarded industry, your responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential publishers, negotiating partnership deals, and expanding our network to drive revenue growth.

What will you do?
  • Publisher Acquisition: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance market presence.
What will you need?
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing and managing publisher partnerships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing forecasts and developing successful campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • A fast learner with a reliable, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.

We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and skills.
