With an adept understanding of the Offerwall and Rewarded industry, your responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential publishers, negotiating partnership deals, and consistently expanding our network to drive revenue growth.

What Will You Do
  1. Publisher Acquisition: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.
  2. Account Management: Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.
What Will You Need
  1. At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry.
  2. Fluency in English and Chinese.
  3. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a proven track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.
  4. Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  5. Ability to create and analyze forecasts and craft strategies that lead to successful campaigns.
  6. Strong analytical skills, including extensive hands-on experience with Excel.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  8. Creative thinker and excellent communicator, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  9. Fast learner, reliable, with a positive can-do attitude.

We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on experience and skills.
