Un'azienda tecnologica innovativa in Piemonte cerca un Sales Manager per accelerare la crescita commerciale della soluzione SaaS gifted_GENE, dedicata alla manutenzione predittiva nel settore spaziale. Il candidato ideale ha 3–6 anni di esperienza in vendite B2B SaaS e forti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione. Job Overview

AIKO is looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate the commercial growth of gifted_GENE, our SaaS solution for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection in the space industry.

gifted_GENE helps satellite operators and launch vehicle companies detect anomalies up to 4 days in advance, with less than 2% false positives, reducing operator workload and improving mission reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for gifted_GENE while leading a small SDR team focused on lead generation and pipeline creation.
  • Report directly to the Mission Solutions Manager and represent AIKO at major industry events and conferences.
Tasks
  • Sales Execution: own the sales cycle, build account plans, deliver demos and presentations.
  • Pipeline & SDR Team Management: manage and coach SDRs, define qualification criteria, set KPIs.
  • Reporting: provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and SDR performance reports.
  • Industry Presence: represent AIKO at key space industry events, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into opportunities.
  • Collaboration: work closely with product managers and marketing to create targeted campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing pipeline.
  • Experience leading SDRs/BDRs or mentoring junior sales profiles.
  • English mandatory (professional proficiency).
  • French and Italian: highly appreciated.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to travel internationally for industry events and client meetings.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with the space sector (satellite operations, launchers, ground systems).
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance, AI-driven analytics, or other high-tech SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling AI solutions is a strong plus.
  • Other foreign languages are a strong plus.
