Gruppo Sogedim, a reliable partner and leader in the transport, logistics, and shipping sector with international relevance, present in Lombardy and Piedmont and experiencing strong growth in revenue and resources, is seeking to appoint a Sales Manager Air & Sea for the Overseas department at its headquarters in the province of Milan West.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Acquire new clients interested in air, sea, and train shipping services;
  • Manage the portfolio of acquired clients;
  • Autonomously handle quotation and tariff negotiation processes;
  • Manage and train junior resources within the sales team;
  • Coordinate with operational departments for import-export activities.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales roles within freight forwarding companies;
  • Team management skills;
  • Deep knowledge of air, sea, and train transport;
  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial attitude aimed at achieving monthly and annual targets;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
