For an international technology company specialized in the digital transformation of industrial and healthcare processes through proprietary and AI-driven solutions.

Who are we looking for?
A Sales Manager with a strong background in healthcare (public and private), capable of rapidly activating a network of clients thanks to a solid relational portfolio and a proven ability to convey value through advanced digital technologies and AI solutions. The role involves leading an established team within the Healthcare Business Unit and reporting directly to central management.

Must have?
Strong experience in the healthcare market and in managing projects through national system integrators, with proven ability to drive value with AI-based solutions.

What does the Sales Manager do?

-Drives the development of complex, high-impact projects in the Italian healthcare sector

- Collaborates with national system integrators to deliver digital and AI-enabled solutions

- Leverages an existing network to generate business opportunities quickly

- Leads and mentors a dedicated team within the Healthcare BU

- Reports to central executive management

Ideal candidate

- Solid experience in the private healthcare industry

- Familiarity with HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards

- Fluent in Italian, English B2 level or higher

- Recognized credibility and client network in the healthcare market

- Ability to position AI and digital solutions as drivers of business value

- Strong leadership, project ownership, and goal orientation
