A fast-scaling global e-commerce brand is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the offline distribution network in Italy. This remote role involves building partnerships with major hardware chains and developing market entry strategies. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of sales experience in the DIY/tools sector and necessity for native Italian and fluency in English.

Join a fast-scaling global e-commerce brand specializing in professional tools and equipment. With a presence in 200 countries this company is now entering the Italian market and looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead their offline distribution network . This is a unique opportunity to create something from scratch shape the local market strategy and be part of an exciting international expansion.

Location : Remote (based anywhere in Italy)

Employment Type : Full-time (local third-party agency contract)

Industry : E-commerce / Tools / DIY

Languages : Italian (native) English (fluent)

Compensation : Base performance bonus (OTE based on experience)

What Youll Do :

Build Italys offline distribution channel from the ground up

Establish partnerships with hardware cooperative unions such as BigMat Ferritalia Brico Io Bricolife Gruppo Made

Expand presence into key accounts and retail chains such as Leroy Merlin Obi and Bricoman

Identify and negotiate with regional distributors and wholesalers

Customize commercial terms and product ranges to fit the Italian market

Collaborate with internal teams in product development and marketing

What Were Looking For :

At least 5 years experience in DIY / tools / hardware sales and distribution

Proven knowledge of Brico chains (e.g. Leroy Merlin Obi Bricoman) or traditional hardware groups (e.g. BigMat Ferritalia etc.)

Established relationships with key buyers or purchasing platforms is a big plus

Self-starter who can work independently and build scalable processes

Native-level Italian and fluent English are mandatory

Offer & Contract :

Full-time contract via local third-party agency (until in-country entity is set up)

Approx. base salary attractive bonus structure

100% remote role with international exposure

Opportunity to shape the entire market entry strategy for Italy
