A diploma or degree in marketing or engineering is required, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with the local market. The role includes responsibilities such as visiting clients, analyzing competitor information, and participating in commercial negotiations.

Sales Manager - Earthmoving / Industrial Truck

Job Duties:

1. Visit end customers and companies to establish, maintain, and update customer files in the database system.
2. Responsible for developing public relationships, building, and maintaining reliable relationships with clients.
3. Identify business opportunities and follow up on orders.
4. Collect project information, promote sales, and analyze competitor information.
5. Develop sales and implementation plans to achieve sales targets.
6. Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
7. Support financing and collection activities.

Requirement:

1. Familiarity with the local market and construction machinery, with knowledge of heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete machinery, tower cranes, forklifts, foundation machinery, aerial work machinery, and mining equipment.
2. Knowledge of earthmoving equipment or forklifts is essential.
3. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, engineering (mechanical, electrical), or international business.
4. Skills in coordinating with leasing companies are preferred.
5. Sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
6. Valid driving license.
