Company Description

Niche Fusina Rolled Products is a leading global producer of industrial rolled aluminum products. Located in the industrial area of Fusina, near Venice, the plant plays a crucial role in supporting the Italian aluminum industry. The state-of-the-art facility consists of a cast house and rolling mill, producing up to 75,000 metric tons of finished products like sheets, plates, and shates annually. The plant caters to the commercial transportation, marine, and general engineering sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. Located in Venice with the flexibility for some remote work, the Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing client accounts, coordinating with the production team to meet customer demands, and achieving sales targets to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong knowledge in the fields of rolled aluminum products (in Germany, Poland and or Central Europe), commercial transportation, marine, and engineering sectors
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Performance Metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in German, Polish and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is advantageous
