Sales Manager

Purpose of the position

Ensure the management and development of the "plastic materials" business for OCS Plast and Belluno Plast, companies specializing in mold design and manufacturing, and thermoplastic injection molding. The role focuses on managing the current client portfolio and expanding the business with potential clients both in Italy and abroad, targeting large accounts (key accounts) and SMEs. The role also aims to facilitate integration between the two companies, which operate in large-scale and small-scale production, respectively. Both companies are part of the Safas Group holding, which operates in the steel core business worldwide.

Main activities

  • Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts for assigned areas;
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and credit targets within the set budget;
  • Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and identify potential opportunities using dashboards on trends, products, clients, and competitors;
  • Prepare and maintain periodic management reports;
  • Manage client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, and propose improvement and loyalty actions;
  • Represent the company at industry fairs in Italy and abroad.

Educational background

  • A degree in a technical or economic field;

Knowledge

Excellent command of the English language.
