JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., which has its headquarters in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience and additional locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. Our company specializes in high-quality paper packaging, with a focus on innovation, design, and development, making us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brands in the cosmetics and luxury goods industries. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed packaging solutions across Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  • Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.
Required Skills
  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Experience in the packaging industry.

  • Option to work freelance (commission-based & remote) or as an employee (remote).
  • Performance-based salary (base + bonus) with annual salary increases possible.
