We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Account Manager to join our Sales team.

As a Cognyter, you will:

  • Implement Cognyte’s growth strategy by defining partnerships and target customers in specific verticals and domains, owning a sales quota per region and domain, and developing and executing a sales plan to meet and surpass targets.
  • Collaborate with regional and global partners to drive strategic initiatives, build lasting relationships, and expand the pipeline.
  • Work with system integrators and strategy consultants to identify new business opportunities and stimulate market demand.
  • Engage internally to continuously improve the product based on field insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Governmental and Enterprise sectors, focusing on Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Experience working within Law Enforcement Agencies as a user of investigation systems is highly advantageous.
  • Italian citizenship, native Italian speaker, with proficient English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in partner development and management, business analysis, relationship building, and business development.
  • Experience working with system integrators is essential.
  • Background in big data and analytics ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex relationships and nurturing them to success.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix environment and drive internal processes.
