- Selecting and engaging with potential commercial clients (design and architecture studios, private clients, contractors, etc.) through CRM
- Handling and managing direct sales to customers (IT & abroad)
- Maintaining the customers and partners database (CRM)
- Sales back-office : supporting the preparation of commercial offers and contracts with clients, including visualizations / projects proposals of installation through 3D modelling software for the Sales Team
- Monitoring and reporting sales performance
- Supporting marketing and advertising campaigns
- Assisting with social media marketing
- Supporting and compiling market analyses, product benchmarking, and related activities
Key Responsibilities
- Be a reference point for all commercial aspects of the product
- Manage contacts with commercial partners
- Prepare product briefings for product positioning and communication
- Share marketing-related product information with the Management team
- Coordinate with team members on current and new product development and production
- Assist in preparing catalogues, brochures, and price lists
- Oversee product performance, identify, and implement sell-out activities to boost sales across channels
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background : MA / BA, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Professional Experience : Preferably 3 years post-graduation, ideally in sales or within interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors
- Knowledge of 2D / 3D modelling tools (Rhinoceros or AutoCAD) is mandatory
- Experience with CRM software principles (Hubspot preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and Office suite required
- Language Skills : Excellent written and spoken English is essential; Italian preferred; additional languages like French or German are a plus
Travel required : 30%
Others : Openness, extroversion, and empathy are key in sales. Being talkative and communicative is beneficial. Knowledge of 2D / 3D modelling tools (Rhinoceros or AutoCAD) is mandatory. Creativity, curiosity, commitment, and flexibility are valued. Analytical skills and an interest in sustainability and environmental responsibility are desirable.
