Une entreprise innovante dans le secteur du design et de l'architecture recherche un Sales Manager. Ce rôle implique la gestion des relations commerciales, la préparation d'offres et de contrats, ainsi que le soutien aux campagnes marketing. Le candidat idéal possède une formation en architecture ou marketing et 3 ans d'expérience en vente, notamment dans les secteurs de l'architecture, du design d'intérieur ou des meubles.

Competenze

  • Expérience professionnelle idéale de 3 ans en ventes ou dans le secteur du design d'intérieur.
  • Connaissance des outils de modélisation 2D/3D est obligatoire.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, l'italien étant préféré.

  • Gérer les ventes et entretenir les relations avec les partenaires commerciaux.
  • Préparer les briefings produits pour le positionnement et la communication.

Descrizione del lavoro

  • Selecting and engaging with potential commercial clients (design and architecture studios, private clients, contractors, etc.) through CRM
  • Handling and managing direct sales to customers (IT & abroad)
  • Maintaining the customers and partners database (CRM)
  • Sales back-office : supporting the preparation of commercial offers and contracts with clients, including visualizations / projects proposals of installation through 3D modelling software for the Sales Team
  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance
  • Supporting marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Assisting with social media marketing
  • Supporting and compiling market analyses, product benchmarking, and related activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a reference point for all commercial aspects of the product
  • Manage contacts with commercial partners
  • Prepare product briefings for product positioning and communication
  • Share marketing-related product information with the Management team
  • Coordinate with team members on current and new product development and production
  • Assist in preparing catalogues, brochures, and price lists
  • Oversee product performance, identify, and implement sell-out activities to boost sales across channels

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background : MA / BA, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
  • Professional Experience : Preferably 3 years post-graduation, ideally in sales or within interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors
  • Knowledge of 2D / 3D modelling tools (Rhinoceros or AutoCAD) is mandatory
  • Experience with CRM software principles (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office suite required
  • Language Skills : Excellent written and spoken English is essential; Italian preferred; additional languages like French or German are a plus

Travel required : 30%

Others : Openness, extroversion, and empathy are key in sales. Being talkative and communicative is beneficial. Knowledge of 2D / 3D modelling tools (Rhinoceros or AutoCAD) is mandatory. Creativity, curiosity, commitment, and flexibility are valued. Analytical skills and an interest in sustainability and environmental responsibility are desirable.
