A leading company in solar energy solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager. The role involves developing sales channels, managing client relationships, and understanding market trends in the Solar PV industry. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in solar development and strong communication skills.
1. Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
2. Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
3. Deeply understand clients needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country.
4. In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
5. Other work assigned by BU leaders.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
1. College degree or above.
2. Proficient in both local and English language communication.
3. Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
4. 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
5. Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
