Overview

Sales Manager (Southern Italy)

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships.
  • The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the region’s growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Italian.
  • Extensive travel across Southern Italy is required; a valid driving license is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
  • Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting is advantageous.
