Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales activities in international markets and managing existing customer relationships. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, and credit targets.

Customer Engagement:

  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones
  • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
  • Maintaining and updating master data in the CRM system
  • Communicating proactively with customers regarding overdue payments and contract breaches
  • Implementing and following up on price adjustments
  • Ensuring full utilization of production capacity through sufficient projects

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining close customer relationships and understanding their needs
  • Contributing to annual budget and forecast preparations
  • Conducting market development and competition analysis
  • Achieving sales targets while respecting profit margins, customer conditions, and budgets

Team Collaboration:

Collaborating actively with the sales team and the project management team within the LIKUM Group.

Corporate Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Fostering collaboration and cooperation across all company departments
  • Acting as the management contact for all sales-related issues

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in toolmaking, injection moulding, or plastic parts within the automotive industry
  • Experience with international contracts

  • Strong business and service orientation
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Independent yet team-oriented working style
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to travel internationally
Education:
  • Technical studies or comparable training with a solid technical background
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Language Skills:

Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
