  • Maximize the potential of the existing customer base and build long-term partnerships.
  • Increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the region’s growth and success.
  • Work to grow the business by expanding relationships with existing customers in the region.
Qualifications
  • Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Italian.
  • Extensive travel across Southern Italy is required; a valid driving license is essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable.
  • Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting would be advantageous.
