Job title: Senior Sales Manager

Reports directly to: Director of Sales

Overall Job Purpose
  • The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities.
  • Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
  • Lead all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
  • Achieves personal sales goals and, together with the DOS, executes overall sales strategy of the hotel.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in Italian, English, and French

Candidate profile

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role in a comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces.

  • Successful track record in a collaborative/matrixed environment

Managing Sales Activities

  • Achieving room and catering sales objectives

  • Developing relationships within the community to expand sales opportunities
