A leading company in the Solar PV market seeks a Business Development Specialist to enhance sales strategies and build key client relationships in Italy. The role involves extensive collaboration with marketing, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive sales in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets. 2. Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships. 3. Deeply understand clients needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country. 4. In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies. 5. Other work assigned by BU leaders.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications: 1. College degree or above. 2. Proficient in both local and English language communication. 3. Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters. 4. 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry. 5. Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company. 6. Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
