Sales Manager (Southern Italy) Up to €50,000 (dependent upon experience) Italy

Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced material solutions designed for comfort, durability and functionality, which are used across a broad range of sectors including building & construction, furniture, transport, healthcare and flooring. They are seeking a driven and results-orientated Sales Manager to join their team in Southern Italy. This key role will on focus nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers in the region.

The Role

The Sales Manager’s purpose is to strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ultimately contribute to the region’s growth and success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention. They should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, alongside a self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is required, along with fluency in English and Italian. Extensive travel across Southern Italy is required, therefore a valid driving license is essential.

A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable, as is experience in the foam or industrial products sector. Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting would be advantageous.
