JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., based in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. The group also has locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging with a focus on innovation and our own design and development department, making us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brands in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed packaging in Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

  1. Strengthen and enhance the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets.
  2. Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  3. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  5. Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President.

Required Skills

  1. Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients in cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office software.
  4. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  5. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  6. Experience in the packaging industry.
