Job Role: Sales Manager (or similar role)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales activities in international markets and managing the existing customer base. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure to ensure the achievement of the company’s sales, margin, and credit targets.

Customer Engagement:

  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
  • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
  • Maintaining and updating master data in the CRM system
  • Communicating proactively with customers regarding overdue payments and contract breaches
  • Implementing and following up on price adjustments
  • Ensuring full utilization of production through sufficient projects

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer needs through onsite visits
  • Contributing to annual budget and forecast preparation
  • Conducting market development and competitive analysis
  • Achieving sales targets while maintaining profit margins and adhering to customer and budget conditions

Team Collaboration:

Active cooperation with the sales team and project management team within LIKUM Group.

Corporate Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Collaborating effectively with all employees
  • Managing all sales-related issues as a key contact for management

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with knowledge of toolmaking, injection moulding, and/or plastic parts in the automotive industry
  • Experience with international contracts

  • Strong business and service orientation
  • Goal and result-oriented mindset
  • Independent yet team-oriented working style
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel internationally

Education:

  • Technical studies or equivalent training with a strong technical background
